NVIDIA might decide to revive the 12GB RTX 4080 as the RTX 4070 Ti

NVIDIA RTX 4080

NVIDIA might revive the 12GB RTX 4080 as the RTX 4070 Ti. The company has not announced anything yet, but this is what some sources are saying. The RTX 4080 was meant to be the successor to the popular GTX 1080, but it was canceled in February 2018. If this rumor is true, it could mean that NVIDIA is preparing to release a new card with a similar name, based on its latest architecture - the Turing architecture. This upcoming card would likely be called the RTX 4070 Ti and would be aimed at mid-range PCs.

This move makes sense given that demand for high-end graphics cards has been waning in recent months. In fact, NVIDIA has seen sales of its top-of-the-line cards drop by more than 50%.

How Much Will the Rumored NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti Cost?

NVIDIA's upcoming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is set to be one of the most powerful graphics cards on the market. However, since it is a Turing-based card, it is not without a price tag. In fact, according to some reports, the RTX 4070 Ti could cost as much as $900 US! But, given that this card is aimed at professional users and gamers who are willing to spend a bit more for better performance, we think that this price tag is definitely justified.

It's a Tricky Time for NVIDIA and Its 12GB RTX 4080 GPU

NVIDIA's newest card, the RTX 4080, is a powerful graphics card that offers 12GB of dedicated GDDR6 memory. However, some consumers are reporting problems with the card. There are reports that the RTX 4080 may not perform as well as they hoped. In addition, others say that they have had to send their previous NVIDIA cards back because of overheating issues. This could be a tricky time for NVIDIA, as its upcoming card faces competition from AMD's recently released RX 5700 graphics card.
