How to take full registry backup with Registry Editor

Greetings Techies, hope you are enjoying the tricks illustrated on this site. Your friend is once again here with an important trick. If you want to dodge the problem of restoring the system due to fault in the registry, then a must read post for you. The fact that makes this trick more special is that you can take a full registry backup through registry editor itself.

You must be aware of the importance of registry editor in adding new entries, deleting or extending. Suppose you've installed a new program from a untrusted publisher and after that, you find some strange happenings like - the appearance of error code or hanging up of your preinstalled applications, change in default programs etc.
Is it because of any Trojan or virus? Absolutely no my friend. This is because of the fact that the program that you installed has corrupted some of the entries in order to add its new entries. You will now find no other option rather than to do a system restore. To prevent this you have to keep a full registry backup so that when you tackle this type of problem just restore the original image. So why to wait let’s get started......
==> First of all, open registry editor app by searching it by name - regedit.exe
==> Go to file, then choose export from the drop-down menu. Note that before following this step make sure that you have selected
==> After you have to select the location where you want to save it and give this file a name.
==> Click OK to start back up (the final size of the backup will be something around 500 MB).
Now whenever you find the problems of registry just find this file and double click on it to restore the image.
Hope you understood this fully.
